extra security for your online account

life

From Wednesday 29 January, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be mandatory to access your HESTA online account.

You don’t have to do anything – you’ll be prompted to enter a one-time code when you log in to your online account or the HESTA App.

MFA is an effective way to protect your valuable information and accounts against unauthorised access by using more than one way — e.g. just a password — to verify your identity.

You can quickly and easily check if your personal contact details are correct by going to the Personal Details in your profile in your online account.

Don’t have an online account yet? Register now so you can check in with your super regularly.
