Best of all, you only need to enter your membership login details once, like other apps. Once you’ve done that, you can enter the app via a PIN. You can even use your face or fingerprint ID if you have that set up on your phone. How good is that?

If you don't already have an online account, you'll need to register for online access before you download the app. You’ll just need your member number, which you can find on emails, letters or statements we’ve sent you.
If you’ve got the old HESTA App, it’s time to replace it with the shiny new one. Delete your old app from your phone, then head to your app store and download the new HESTA App.
