Super withdrawals 

The fastest way to withdraw a lump sum from your super account (if you’re eligible) is to complete the withdrawal form in your online account.

You must have reached preservation age (generally age 60) and have permanently retired or ceased employment since turning age 60, or have met another condition of release (see more on accessing your super).  

Log in to your account and go to More actions > Access your super.

Combine your super in your online account

The fastest way to combine your super from other funds into your HESTA account is through your online account. Just log in to your account and go to the ‘Combine’ tab. It will only take a few minutes. Make sure you have your identification details handy.

The fastest way to nominate or update your non-binding beneficiaries is via your online account. Log in to your account and go to the 'Personal details' tab.
